SCH Director Kevin Hulme has taken to sporting whiskers as he supports the annual Movember charity.

Kevin will be raising money for the charity by growing a beard during the month, his contribution to the popular foundation movement that seeks to raise awareness and funds to tackle men’s health issues including prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health and suicide prevention.

In 13 years the movement has funded more than 1,200 men’s health projects around the world.

Kevin explained: “For the fourth year running, a group of us at our local pub The Monkey House in Lymington decided this was a really worthwhile cause and egged each other on to take part. We’re now competing to see who can grow the most full set over the next month!”

The shave will take place in The Monkey House following a charity rugby match versus New Milton Rigby club.
