Our Technical skills and facilities enable us to offer a range of services that extend from simple inspections to comprehensive specialist modifications.
In addition, our flexible and adaptive approach means that we can design and deliver bespoke services to fit the needs of individual manufacturers.
Below are some of the services that we offer. We are always keen to discuss how we can tailor this support – and other activities that you may require to your specific needs.
We offer UK wide delivery of ready to ride motorcycles with deliveries from our dedicated centre to dealers within 2 working days and 4 working days for offshore and Scottish islands using our own fleet of delivery vehicles supplemented with subcontractors.
Press / Media Support
We recognize the importance of positive media launch and can provide worldwide provision of technical support for press launches and experience events, including preparation, running in and maintenance of press and demonstration fleets.
PDI built bikes or those straight from the crate, our team of expert riders will undertake assessment rides of varying distances to ensure that machines are ready for customer use.
Our team of specialist experienced assessors provide comprehensive testing services, ensuring machines undergo a rigorous programme of assessment culminating in full and detailed feedback on individual aspects of each model.
We have 2600 sq.m. of secure warehouse storage enabling us to store dealer stock and deliver to dealerships UK wide ready to ride motorcycles.
Our experience in this sector has seen us provide Pre-Production Validation for a leading UK manufacturer, involving adjustments to riding position, ride height levels, routing of wiring and cables followed by testing and feedback.
We offer a turn-key service that can range from identifying a launch location to organising the logistics for such events, including technical support. Whether its a Press launch or attendance at a specialist show or event, we will manage the complete program.
Inspections to comprehensive, specialist modifications, including pre-delivery installation of OE accessories; installation of approved alarm and tracking systems; inspection and returning to “as new” of ex fleet and demonstration bikes and completion of manufacturer update and recall programs.
Fully Equipped Workshops
Our dedicated Centre conveniently located in Central England has a 500 sq.m workshop and is fully equipped to carry out all technical operations allowing for accessorising and ensuring product quality.
Employees or related individuals often require bespoke bikes with a specific range of accessories. We create each bike to meet individual requirements and on completion of use return the bike to standard used quality, subsequently managing the bike through the auction process if required.
Staff Purchase Scheme
Our services extend to managing the finance process for the above, using our experience to facilitate finance arrangements With established companies that offer competitive solutions.
As above, we utilise our experience with finance companies to devise competitive solutions that enable customers to benefit from the most appropriate purchase option and secure best value.
Our storage and delivery services ensure that dealers get tailored products when and where they want them. Our support can also extend to providing on-site support through our expert in-house technicians, while our extensive facilities mean that we can respond to dealers’ needs promptly by stocking sufficient quantities of spare parts for next day delivery to the network.
Our delivery network will enable customers to receive their bikes swiftly and efficiently at their preferred location when ordering directly, supported again by our specialist teams of logistics and technical experts.
We have experience of working closely with our customers’ own IT networks through the use of our comprehensive in-house infrastructure and expertise, with 24/7 specialist support staff and advanced IT systems that facilitate efficient inventory control and can be securely linked to customer systems for real time management of stock.
Managing used bikes into the market
We can work closely with dealers to inspect and return to “as new” ex fleet and demonstration bikes, ready for new owners.
Emergency Services require bespoke bikes fitted with the specialist equipment vital to their roles. We already carry out this service for the Police and are equipped to apply this expertise to other critical service operatives.
